First Watch more like the Last place you need to even remotely think about going to eat first eating food from there. I have never tasted the MOST - NASTIEST FOOD EVER IN GREENVILLE.
The breakfast potatoes had no seasonings semi under cook as thick cut as they were they need to be made to homemade potato wedges,
Turkey sausage had no season inside or out and they were not cooked brown another under cook food breakfast food item.
Eggs were decent surprise they didn't under cook that to thank GOD I ordered scrambled.
Toast had so much seeds and oats they need to have regular texas toast to choose from I didn't even bothered to eat it.
It really soothes my soul to see a lot of people are exposing them for them being very nice but not passionately concerned about the restaurant cooks and management their is NO way that a skilled professional chef /cook that is working in a college and working class growing town would serve this TRASHY NASTY WORST PLACE TO EAT EVER.
I predict they will be here for long due to some people don't have no taste and no proper taste buds at all but .
For the ones who do I wouldn't eat here if this was the last place on earth.
You better off going to IHOP , Denny's * or hiring your own personal chef hell better yet cook your own food.
I don't know who they have cooking there has to be some highschool or college age students cooking with no skills ever.
Do not be amazed with the cars packed up this is a place for people who eat healthy yes but how healthy is food if it's undercooked majority of the time I guess food safety is not a main concerned with them which you should ask your self just because it looks is the food prepared clean n safe ??
All I'm say is Greenville always opening up NEW restaurants and always "CLOSING" them to at the same time.
I had to brush my teeth n used mouth wash a 2rd time this morning that food was SO NASTY OMG why IN the world would you even cook food if you CAN NOT COOK WITH LOVE .
First Watch reallly needs to get themselves real mature servers, managers and especially professional trained & properly licensed cooks how in the hell are they even passing their inspections n food stuff like that.
For the amount of money you will waste you will loose your money in gas driving n eating or ordering anything from them.
I thought restaurants supposed to cook good food and good tasting food all the time not just when they feel like it.
I suggest more people to sound off and tell the truth on this establishment they call a restaurant more like First Watch of prison food ain't nothing healthy about First Watch undercooked food....
This place is a joke and all...
Read moreWent here this morning. Wait time was what we expected with 6 of us so no big deal. We were seated and gave our drink ordered and shortly thereafter our food order. The waiter seamed to be high energy and friendly. We received our orders in a reasonable time although my omelette was kind of tough and the filling didn't quite seam blended right. This wasn't the issue though. My wife ordered the BLT Eggs Benedict. She cut into it and one eggs was so done it was had no soft yoke at all. It was more akin to a slightly overdone soft boil egg. The waiter came by and asked how everything was and I replied good but my wifes Eggs Benedict were not right and showed him the egg that had no soft runny yoke and that the other egg had very little yolk either. He looked somewhat concerned and then said bummer and walk away. Thereafter he was curt and not concerned with much more except to try and bus our table even when one of my sons had five more bites left of Pancake order. Of course my son said he wasn't quite finished. My other son had a whole sandwich left and he was going to take home to eat later since he wasn't feeling well. Did the waiter ask if he wanted a box? Nope. Not that I expected him to have to ask but it was obvious that he wasn't going to eat it there. The waiter then unceremoniously sets down our ticket and I picked it up. I looked it over and said I didn't expect to pay full price on a eggs Benedict that clearly weren't even close to the dish. He looked incredulous that I would even question the ticket and then gruffly asked if I would want the manager. I said sure. The manager showed up shortly looking more like he was the dish washer, kind of scuffy looking, and not dressed as I would expect a manager of a First Watch resturaunt to be. He acted like I was trying to scam them by asking for a discount on a complete failure of a dish. I did get a $7.00 credit on a $13.50 entree but in no way get an "I am sorry that the food wasn't up to First Watch standards" or that it wasn't what attempted to be made right when it was pointed out when the the order was first brought out. The waiter needs to be trained on how to be a server in a resturaunt instead of taking the order and delivering the food. I doubt this will happen after seeing the manager and his flippant attitude. Leadership reflects from top to bottom.
I will not be back to...
Read moreWhat a terrible experience. We were hopeful of this place because of the reviews and how busy it always is. We went on their app to get in line and cut the wait and it worked perfectly. We were sat right away. The menu looked great and the server was friendly. She tended to us almost immediately. Great coffee. All looked well until we placed our order. Our food took so long to come out. After a solid 45 minutes of waiting, I addressed the gentleman who sat us asking for a manager. He told us that he was the owner. When I told him that we had been waiting for a very long time, he told us that there were 30 people ahead of us and that our food would be out shortly. Soon after, our food came out one plate at a time and everything was cold. My eggs Benedict were completely solid yolk and the side that came with it was literally just dry arugula type of green. There was no dressing or anything anywhere on it. My partner’s potatoes were very undercooked and hard. What really blew my mind was that the owner never checked on us once, not even after we complained. Our server was very apologetic, but even she was so busy that she was not able to check on us after she took our order. I had to flag her down to ask for the check and send my food back. I don’t understand why they would seat so many people if they did not have the staff to accommodate it. I would rather be told upfront that there is a long wait than to be sat immediately and wait almost an hour for cold poorly prepared food. After 90 minutes of sitting there, I didn’t even get to eat anything. The fact that the owner made zero attempt to remedy the issue even after we complained to him directly Was the most surprising aspect of all of it. We definitely will...
