If you have the ability to get your product from elsewhere, I'd go that route. Below are just a few examples of how most of our product come from them. Sometimes things come clumped together from being defrosted and refrozen. Sometimes boxes come re-taped with bags of dry ice inside them and product missing out of the box. Or product comes completely ruined from not being handled properly. Not to mention the inability of the drivers to not stack things like cases of milk on top of boxes of muffins.
I would personally be at my shop to inspect every box upon delivery and send back anything damaged, but delivery times are also very inconsistent and we never know when to expect their arrival.
I've been complaining to my rep for months and while she is responsive- nothing has changed. We are trying our best to move away from using them completely so hopeful that will happen soon and we won't have to deal with this...
