I attended a private tour over five years ago, the foundation is open by appointment for the purpose of art education. Exhibits rotate regularly, and during my visit photography was prohibited indoors. A curator brought us through the entire facility as a group, we were not allowed to wander alone or to stray far from the curator. I was in awe of the collection and grateful to be able to view these works in person. I was with a homeschool group of children and parent/teachers and best behavior by children and adults alike was expected. This is a traditional observational viewing of art in a quiet and clean space experience, it is a place for respect and for quiet contemplation (compared to the recent trend of art museums as interactive noisy places for families).
