Banksville Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Greenwich

When we arrived the gentleman were friendly. we asked what they had for pasta they said Ziti and spaghetti. we asked for 2 plates of Ziti cause that was eaiser for our girls who are 15 months to eat alone. We got Spaghetti. We ordered mozzarella sticks my husband took 1 bite and the were cold. I brought them back up he REFIRED the SAME ONES including the one my husband ALREADY TOOK A BITE FROM ! NASTY !!! so the next person who got something fried foods got food cooked in the same oil that they refried a 1/2 eaten stick in. we also got a philly steak n cheese witch was almost all peppers and onions almost no steak at all we also ordered mayo on the sub and they gave email up the mayo in a cup on the side (because it's our Jon to finish building our sub I guess). they also gave us bread with butter knifes for the Pasta with no butter. This was one of the worst places I have ever been to.I would give Zero stars if this was an option. I do not recommend this place to...

Rude, impatient and overpriced! I didn't want my food very hot so I'd asked to have it removed from the oven. Instead, the individual behind the counter asked me for payment. Once again, I'd asked for it to be removed. Instead of removing it, He sharply barked "I'm only doing one thing at a time. I'm doing this!". Needless to say, my food was way too hot. I know how hot those ovens are; I worked in a pizzeria as a teen for 5yrs in the 80s. It's not even the food, it's the customer relation. WOW I guess you have to be rich to go here I know a lot of people around this location must have a lot of money because $6.35 for a slice is ridiculous. Almost $16 for two slices and a can of soda. Then I said to the guy in the front counter, you guys are expensive well it’s a business. That’s what I got in response wow.
