Silver Oak Mystic — Attraction in Groton

We hosted our wedding welcome party at Silver Oak in July, 2019 and were thrilled with how everything turned out. Maggie, Hannah and Tim were all a delight to work with and were super helpful throughout the process. We loved the vibe of Silver Oak - it is comfortable, yet sophisticated. The beer and wine on top were high quality and we enjoyed that some of the beers were local. I really liked the set up - there are separate areas (couches by the fireplace, dining tables for eating, bar area and outdoor patio) and people could move around easily to socialize. We held my sister's bridal shower here. We had about 30 guest . The venue was perfect! People moved around and mingled between the different rooms. It's so lovely inside, that it really required little decoration, a few touches here and there went a long way. We wanted to bring in our own food, instead of using a caterer, and they were great about accommodating us! All of the staff was friendly, and extremely helpful. My husband and I got married here on September 18, 2021 and could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out. Deb was amazing and answered all of my questions no matter how silly they may have seemed. She even added in a few decorations of her own to spruce it up a bit more. It was the perfect venue for our small wedding.
