Great little find right next to the ritz carlton half moon bay. Parking to visit is limited by the stairs, but can also be reached from the ritz parking (they have 25 space that are free to park in at the parking garage) but it's worth the walk. Sturdy concrete stairs with full handrails to get up and down to and from the sand. Beach is kept well, minimal trash, which was pleasant to see. Manhattan Beach, located just below the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay, is such a lovely spot and honestly so much better than Poplar Beach in my opinion. From where I was staying at the resort, I just had to walk down a flight of stairs to get there which made access really easy. The beach itself is super clean and pretty with soft sand and calm surroundings. I was surprised there weren’t many people around, which made it feel peaceful and perfect for relaxing by the ocean.
