Nessralla Farm Halifax — Attraction in Halifax

Yesterday morning I called to ask if they had any trees left as my sister and I were trying to surprise my mom with one. The woman I spoke to said they had three and would hold it for us. I had been driving around all day to lots that were out of Christmas trees. I asked what time we had to be there and she said before close at 7pm. I arrived at 5 pm and the shop was completely closed up. I waited for almost an hour hoping they had just stepped out. The tree with my name on it with a hold note was outside the lot. We drove all the way there and waited. Terrible customer service and very dissapointing to my family. I left a message with a call back number and never heard anything. Bought vouchers on Groupon for corn maze. Drove over 1 hr to do the flashlight maze and the farm was closed. Called them ... went to voicemail. Web site ... no mention of anything. Front door to farm ... no note. The corn maze was destroyed by a recent storm - but no messages whatsoever. Also they did not ask Groupon to contact customers who had purchased vouchers. Really poor management and customer service. What a waste of time!! I will NOT...

Absolutely luv this flower place I dont anywhere but here for all my flowers and flower needs cuz they have the best plant's around going! Plus the Price's are amazing as well n the plant's/flower's are always so well taken care of by the people who own this place and the staff super helpful with abundant knowledge of all their Plant's/flower's that I always end up finding newer things that really spiff up my curb appeal...
