Beauty Nails & Spa — Attraction in Hampton

Hi, I walked in here first thing this morning thinking I was going to have a great experience based on the reviews regardless of the couple bad ones. I got a full set of acrylics to go out of town for a very special event. The older man did them but he seemed like someone who has a role of being in there every day maybe the managers wife, I didn't get his name unfortunately. My nails are placed crooked, different lengths, different shapes with the top shaved slanted instead of square styled, they were so busy within the first hour of me being there I didn't even bother to say anything or ask to fix them because they were calling in their family to come help. I'd seen another comment about this same man doing another womans nails crooked before I went in there and thought I'd disregard it, maybe it was just her or a bad day. NO. I should have expected it. Good prices for acrylics but you definitely get what you pay for in there. Got my eyebrows done for free since they were over $30 which is a great deal by the nice woman who seemed to be the manager, she did a great job on them but was definitely cheap about them trying to tell me there was nothing for her to do when I haven't touched my eyebrows in weeks rather than give me the free eyebrow wax. I had the worst experience ever. They were, before this visit, my regular nail salon. I go every two weeks. Today though I am a repeat customer, that buys their pocketbooks and get both nail and feet done as well as refer them to others, I was treated like a bottom feeder. The young man there that rarely services me told me no from the time I sat down to the time I left. No to the color I wanted, no to the two choices I wanted on my hand, no to the extra glitter and no to speak to the manager without customer present. I was advised that what I wanted was taking too long for the other customers, though I had politely waited for half an hour before it was my turn. After I was made to talk to the manager while she sat and did nails, she stood with him and said we have other customers. I asked was I a customer and does she not know me to be a regular customer that never complains, but it was all dismissed. My feelings have never been more hurt and as I left I was rudely advised to next time make an appointment first. I am done with this salon. I used to visit this salon when I visit my family. My experience recently was bad and I only recommend coming here unless the manager does your nails. The tech said she could complete a dip powder manicure with the colors I requested. I showed her a picture of the way I wanted my nails done and she said she could do it. Reality is that was false and I ended up with 3 coats of clear dip powder and smudged white gel nail polish on top. My nails were filed horribly and were crooked. The tech rushed my nails because she had to pick up her child and she told me I need to figure out something else because she can't do what I requested in the picture I showed her before she started working on my nails. The manager attempted to fix it but it was horrible. My recommendations are to have more color selection, provide classes so techs can do current nail techniques, and improve on...
