Confirmed with stylist four times to cut hair below the jaw, including indicating on my neck twice where I'd like her to cut no higher than, and also reminded her she needed to go lower so that when it shrank from drying it would still be appropriate length, even showed her reference pictures. I don't know if she didn't listen at all or decided to do whatever she wanted, but my hair came out at least four to five inches shorter than anything we discussed.
