Since I was in high school I've been coming to this place. For dance recitals, to choir concerts. But recently I took my two kids to see The Little Mermaid performed by the high school students. My first child who is in middle school was so impressed with the show. He said that he was just blown away by the singing and all the props. My second child is five and wouldn't stay still but I'm glad they had intermission to move around a little. Snacks and beverages were available for purchase. Overall a great time out with the kids. Read moreWonderful center. Just wish they would have more seating available for shows or that the schools would limit only so many family members to the events. I shouldn't have to sit on the floor for my daughters christmas concert or for my son's kindergarten graduation, which I did for both. I arrive well in advance for these events to get decent seating and l always come across people saving seats, 6-10 seats being saved for one family is insane! The center is named after the long-time principal and superintendent of the district. The facility is an excellent place to see one of the many live performances put on by the districts students. The stage is used for everything from a fifth grade award's night to a high energy Lancer Choir Cabaret performance. The seats are comfortable and there's not a bad one...
