Read moreFood was good but far overpriced, wait time was long with only one person ahead. But above and beyond all else, my appetite was completely destroyed by the behavior and language that a young woman named Alicia was exhibiting. To say her behavior was alarming is a massive and tragic understatement. Cursing, yelling, arguing and all the while not seemingly willing to help with the orders at hand. She had a point to make, she was going to make a public example of the other employees and she was going to make sure everyone knew she wasn’t happy. What exactly was she upset about you ask. I’m so glad you enquired. French fries… she was upset that too many fries were being dropped and that there were fries being left over. Listen while I’m all for cutting food waste this was not about the waste, at $77 for 4 meals, 2 being for kids, I would hope it isn’t over the cost of a few spare fries. I hope I never see anyone speak to another human in that manner as long as I live and as long as she is employed and Penn Station allows this behavior in their establishments I will never return and I will be sure to voice my opinion of this individual to anyone considering it...
Read moreJust moved to the area not long ago and got some coupons in the mail for a free sub and fries so i figured i would give it a try and come back with the last coupon for a free drink or whatever with purchuse of a sub if i liked it. Well the sub was great fries didnt hold to well for a togo but were still pretty good with the malt vinegar. Im still a maybe on coming back the Manager made me feel uncomfortable when she repremented the cashier who took my order and cashed me out right in front of me. I ended up apologizing for the mistake that was made because i felt bad that she did that right in front of a customer which is very unprofessional. If he did something wrong she could have just waited until he was done ringing me up and stepped aside with him to correct what happened. So his service was great but hers was horrible. On my ticket it says her name is Jacquelyn and his is Nicholas. So good job to him, but she needs to take a Manager course...
