I came from Phoenix to watch my team take on Hartford tonight, it's a neat little stadium in a good location. I had a decent time watching the game, but the standing room situation on the endlines was confusing and the security guards were CLUELESS when it came to this. I saw the section labeled Goal Zone which matched my ticket, but it was fenced off with no access. I asked a security guy about it, he didn't know what I was talking about so he got who I assume was his manager. "Danielle" was her name and she was very hostile immediately and got in my face, all because I simply wanted to know where I was supposed to go with my ticket! I ended up on the opposite side of the stadium and stood behind the goal there. Then when I team scored I excitedly ran over to the corner to celebrate closer to them, and a security guy there aggressively told me to go back to where I was standing. Hey, if i'm not allowed in a certain spot fair enough, but at least put some barrier or sign there to mark it off?? It's not like I was harming anyone. I should also add that the atmosphere was disappointing here, the supporters section was barren and you couldn't hear any chants or songs over the drumming. The "Get Loud!" over the intercom and t-shirt toss gimmicks belong in american sports, not a...
Read moreI went to the event tonight entitled the music and beerfest and paid $165 for the beer fest VIP experience for 2. I show up and they say the beer sampling you want we decided to cancel you need to pay full price for the drinks. Btw here is two 5 dollar vouchers to buy whatever you want. I walk up to a stand to buy beer. We don’t accept vouchers you must pay full price. I walk over to the VIP section where they claimed the band will come up and sign autographs. VIP section was let everyone up. The autographs were at a public table and let everyone get a chance to meet the band. So the 80 dollars a person price was the same as the 32. They did a great job at being trash. I will never go again nor pay a cent towards...
Read moreAlways clean, yes even the bathrooms.. plenty of space for scheduled events, staff has always been friendly. Fans are debatable, 90% are caring humans, you get some that enjoy throwing liquids or acting foolish like they own the place and security doesn't do much about it. That's the only way to control that behavior, hoping that changes in the future, they don't get reprimanded at all from what I've seen. Overall great experience, unless the event is completely packed you can free roam and sit where you'd like for the most part or float around at leisure, which is an amazing thing. Definitely recommend finding some games to come thru for, always...
