This isn't really a park. It's a place where you can safely park your vehicle in a small lot and walk down to the ocean. There is a small beach that is good for launching kayaks or paddleboards into Radio Bay, which is the protected area inside the breakwater. You can also walk along the top of this impressive breakwall. While it's fun, it isn't easy because you have to hop from boulder to massive boulder which make up this structure. No one will stop you from walking the entire length of the breakwater. But for the sake of safety, I usually stop when I reach the start of the raised, reinforced segment. With many parks and trails closed due to pandemic, I decided to check this spot out since it is one of the places open. It's pretty cool local flavor.
Black crabs and fishies can be spotted - many come here for fishing.
