Super helpful staff! I had a very unique experience. We had been visiting the volcano area where they have steam vents and when I was looking down into one of them the wind blew my hat and sunglasses down into the steam vent. As you might imagine I was shocked and upset since they were prescription glasses. I figured they were gone forever but I could see them down there and my family prompted me to go to the visitor center and ask if there was a ranger that might be able to help me get them out.
