An extremely disappointing experience and lack of ANY customer service. I booked my 7 year old, 9 year old and myself for a highly anticipated visit the week before last. The day of the booking was very high wind and the first tower to climb was shaking in the wind. My 7 year old asked to go first and made it to the other platform however when my 9 year old was called on he was extremely nervous and unable to leave the platform. The staff were ill equipped to deal with this and offered no encouragement or coaching of any kind to assist him. They were quick to ask us to move off the platform and refused my request to rejoin for the final lower lines which would have been possible on line 3. When we went down another staff member referred to my son as “chickening out” which made him cry. I asked the front desk for options like attempting again later, refunding at least my visit as I was forced to accompany my son down and was given the owners name and email. I emailed that day and subsequently and received no response at all. M7 7 year old who continued the zip line had his helmet slide off his head and hang around his neck on 2 occasions and no one helped him rectify this. The place itself looks ok but very average for the price and staff not well trained or capable or dealing with children. The fact management have requested a review whilst ignoring my outreach says it all. If your children are seeking an experience to boost their confidence and walk away with a sense of achievement this is NOT the...

Had an absolutely amazing time on the zipline with Ryan, Nate, and Jules! 🌟 My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Safety was their top priority, but they still managed to keep the fun factor high! 😄 They even spiced things up by giving us awesome suggestions for each zip line! 🙌

Honestly, we couldn't stop laughing throughout the entire course. These guys know how to make it exciting and entertaining! 👏 So a big shoutout to Ryan, Nate, and Jules for making our day unforgettable. This time around was just as epic as last year's adventure! 🎉

If you're looking for some thrills, trust me, you won't be disappointed! We strongly recommend their services. They go the extra mile to ensure you have a blast while staying safe. ⛑️ #SafetyFirstFunSecond

Tag along your friends and family because this is an experience everyone should try! Thrill-seekers, adrenaline junkies, nature lovers - this is the place to be! 🌿🌳 #BucketListDestination #AdventureAwaits

So grateful to have had the opportunity to feel the wind in our hair and the butterflies in our stomachs. Can't wait to come back for more zipping madness! 🌬️💫 #ZipLineAddicts

Thanks again, Ryan, Nate, and Jules! You guys rock! 🤘💙...

It's the Whole Package and a barrel of laughs.

If you are looking to try zip lining, and want to have a great time doing it. This is the place to go.

Try to get Dylan, Joey, and Makai as your guides. They are a bunch of fun. You can tell that they really enjoy what they do. Lots of jokes, lots of zip lining stunts, and the whole while, they are super focussed on safety. You couldn't be in better hands.

Beyond this, there are side benefits of the location. Many zip lines are isolated - meaning that you have to drive back out of the location to do anything else. Not so with Maui Ziplines. They are on the property of the Maui Tropical Plantation. Which means that at the same location, you have a restaurant that's really good (if you zip line, they give you a 15% coupon for the restaurant), a number of gift shops, and even a plantation tour. The grounds are wonderful as well. What it means is that there is something for everyone at this location. You could easily spend half a day or more here.

If you're like me, and you're looking for something for the whole family. Give Maui Zipline Co. a try. They had my very scared wife, laughing and enjoying the ride the...

The zip line guides Seth, Nate and Scott were great! Their light hearted demeanor made beginning zip liners felt at ease with new adventure. Although they were light hearted, they are always thorough with their safety protocols and in making sure everything goes smoothly. I really appreciate Seth in explaining how strong the cables are and that it can zip across a heavy Harley Davison bike. They also explained how the first tower jump nicked name “The intimidator” was the hardest of them all— due to the fact that the first is always the hardest, and everything else law come easy after. This zip lining course is great for beginner to intermediate level of adventurers. The first tower which is utilized twice has 2 different zip line directions is quite tall. It is around 60-70 feet tall. So it can be intimidating. I remember facing a similar tower during a tour at Fort Braggs where airborne troops are trained as a tower that is similar height. I highly recommend for those who are interested in zip lining to give Maui Zip Lining company a try.

One of the first activities our kids wanted to do when we were planning a trip to Maui was Ziplining. This company was probably the only kid friendly zipline that would allow a weight above 45 lbs. and ages 5+. Our younger daughter was excited that she qualified to do this event, so we had to book with Maui Zipline. There were total of 5 ziplines, the gear wasn't that heavy to carry. Total time with set-up and informational meeting was about 2-2.5 hours. It is easy to book ahead of time on their website. Be sure to fill out the online waivers to save time. They are great about calling, texting, emailing you before the date of your event to give you updates. Seamless company that made the experience well worth it. Shout out to the guides RJ, Xavier, and the rest of the crew. All of them made the experience entertaining, answered questions about local foods spots. They made sure our kids had a great time as well.
