I love this place not just because it's right off of the ocean, and next to Carlsmith park which is a very beautiful park with so many different areas to enjoy and lots of fantastic fish, turtles, birds, and other sea life and shore creatures and a shower and picnic tables in a covered pavilion, with a drinking fountain and barbecue. I love it because it's beautifully and lovingly maintained by a very wise and humble manager who goes out of his way no matter how swamped he is to serve everyone so well and help everyone way above and beyond the call of duty in the most humble and gracious ways. If u ever stay here, make sure to take time to enjoy all the gardens, floral and fruits, herbs, and vegetables. Gorgeous hibiscus 🌺 and...

This condo is about a 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Not sure...

Although the building is a bit old, they keep it up and most units are renovated. Othon, the GM is wonderful. He keeps the place in wonderful shape and always has such a great and jovial attitude. Best place to stay in Hilo if you can rent a place. All these photos were taken there but don't even do the place justice. It's like staying in the middle of a rain forest with a beach in...
