New Hope Community Church — Attraction in Hermiston

Unfortunately this church is focused on self and does not have the power of God or His true presence there. The people are very nice and friendly but there is no reverence for Jesus. There isn't a cross in the sanctuary, which may seem like a small thing, but the church as a whole shows that the cross has no meaning. The worship was like a concert without seeking or crying out to God, and the sermon began with jokes, and proceeded to move on to pictures from the pastor's recent vacation, which he was on for 3 months.
