So I go to the hermiston Dmv to title a vehicle for a customer that we got the title late on because of the pandemic and all the licensing departments being so far behind and instead of helping us out or the customer the lady that attended us basically chewed me out and told the customers to report us for not filing the paperwork on time I’m like seriously you guys are 12 weeks behind getting peoples paperwork processed and now your upset wirh me do your job and help customers out and dealers cause we pay your salaries with the fees we pay you here to serve not to dictate when. How or who you decide to help! If you don’t like your job or don’t wanna help then you shouldn’t be working there period. find a new job the hermiston dmv has had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered

I plan on filing a complaint at Oregon licensing department this week if I can ever get though to...
