Starbucks — Restaurant in Hermiston

I Stopped by this Starbucks during a road trip, and the experience was one of the worst I’ve had at a Starbucks. I arrived at 9:45 and placed my order at 9:48—a large mocha and two sausage, egg, and cheese wraps (since they didn’t carry bagels). Despite being a simple order, it took forever to get my items.

One of the employees decided to go to the restroom right as I walked in, leaving the other to take my order. Even though I saw my drink being made in less than 30 seconds, no one started working on it until 15 minutes later when the first employee finally returned. In the meantime, the other employee could’ve been making my drink instead of just taking more orders.

Once my drink was finally ready, they didn’t even tell me. It was placed at the opposite end of the counter where I couldn’t see it, leaving me standing there clueless for another 10 minutes. The lack of communication and efficiency was beyond frustrating.

I just can't even. I just can't believe the belligerence and the ignorance as in ignoring everyone. This Safeway have some characters, and in the Safeway is a Starbucks with more characters. I'm the one that had to say welcome to Starbucks how can I help you what can I get you today? :-) and then I was looked at as if I was stupid. Not an I'm sorry hey how can I help you? But just looked at and then the other lady who was putting stuff away came to me eventually and took my order with a side of snark. I stood in front of the Starbucks for a few moments, the girl said nothing. So I stepped away for a minute to check something out I came back less than 2 mins later and the girl turns around, says "sorry were closed". I say oh, it's ok and leave but I'm wondering what time it is? It's 6:48pm when I get to my car. They close at 7pm. I am not even gonna bother arguing with her but that is BS.
