Presidente Supermarket — Local services in Hialeah

I came to this location because I needed meat for a very important event, the store closes at 9:45pm, I went to the meat department at 9pm and the 2 ladies said they were closed because they already cleaned, the butcher just ignored me. they have a big sign in their wall that it is prohibited for them to close but the hours of operation, I told them why do they have that sign but I cant buy meat. I went to the manager, when the manager went to them to see why they denied to attend me, they denied that they didnt want to sell it to me. after all, I stayed a couple of more minutes but still the butcher did nothing, as if I was not there. very horrible...

The store is not always very well stocked. Unfortunately the building maintenance is not that great. The store could use a good pressure wash outside, possibly a new paint. The parking lot is not very clean with trash not picked up and people asking for money or cigarettes. Most of the staff are extremely rude and very unprofessional. The store does have a decent selection of items and the pricing...

Wednesday Dec.15, 2021. Time 6 PM. That's the time with more customers shopping. There were only Two (02) Cashiers working. Of course, very Long Lines of customers awaiting an eternity to pay off their groceries. This is an important and big supermarket in this area.
