I had to get a Roland keyboard repaired for a school and called around to see who could do this repair for us. One of the shops I called, referred me to Florida Electronics, and I am so happy for this referral.

They are only open from 11am-4pm, Tuesday-Friday, but when they are open, they are super attentive and ready to help make your favorite electronics in great working order. They are an authorized repair shop for many named electronics and can perform warranty repair as well.

been waiting since June 8 to get my pioneer headphones get fixed by warranty. and no email no call nojnthing yet....eveytime I called i left a voice messasge and never got an answer. Today i finally call like 25 times ina. row until finally the owner Hayden answered and he said the same thing as awalys. He Said the piece he need to repair its in back order for the last 3 months. i called pioneer and they told me thats a lie. So now i invested in a product that the service is the worst. Bueno les cuento que traje mi QSC Subwoofer El KS188 .. A este lugar hace alrededor de 4 o 5 meses y No resuelven nada ..Yo personalmente llame a la QSC factory en trewaycall con el vendor y resolví el problema , La fabrica me mando uno nuevo .. Estas pésimas personas de FLORIDA ELECTRONIC no resuelven nada , trabajan solo 4 días y abren a las 11 am . Increíble.. , No tienen como reparar nada , todo se demora y tampoco hacen posible como resolverlo. Tuve yo que hacerlo por mi cuenta . NO LES RECOMIENDO NUNCA ESE LUGAR A NADIE .. LA VERDAD NO SE COMO LA QSC LOS TIENE COMO DEALER AUCTORIZADO , NO LO ENTIENDO . Entonces llego a recojer el subwoofer y lo tenían desarmado . Pero no entiendo si no tienes la pieza para que lo desarmas , por que no esperas que te manden el nuevo amplificador , si es que no vas a reparar nada , solo vas a reemplazar uno por otro .. no no no increíble

Well, I'll tell you that I brought my QSC Subwoofer The KS188.. To this place about 4 or 5 months ago and they didn't solve anything.. I personally called the QSC factory in trewaycall with the vendor and I solved the problem, The factory sent me one new .. These terrible people from FLORIDA ELECTRONIC do not solve anything , they work only 4 days and open at 11 am . Incredible... They don't have a way to repair anything, everything takes time and they don't make it possible to solve it either. I had to do it on my own. I NEVER RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE. THE TRUTH I DON'T KNOW HOW THE QSC HAS THEM AS AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, I DON'T UNDERSTAND. Then I came to pick up the subwoofer and they had it disassembled.
