My goal was to get my nippers sharpened and wow for 7 nippers plus to fix one of the springs my total was $49. (They are cash only) and also were able to have all of the nippers sharpened within the same day by 3pm(dropped off the nippers @ 1pm)the employees there were also able to explain to me any questions i might have about the brand's they carry plus the men that were in charge of sharpening the nippers were busy for a tuesday afternoon like back to back that is a good sign they have loyal clients The nail brand this place mostly carries is Mia secret Mostly acrylics they carry but they have regular nail polish for sale I dont believe they require a cosmetology lisence to purchase products Oh and of course it is located in Hialeah so Espanol is necessary About 4 employees run around the store helping customers and they know about nails and also about hardware (haha) like someone else has mentioned they are like if Sally beauty supply and Ace...

I have gone to this supply store plenty of time I have not always been satisfied with the products that I purchased there I have purchased over $200 of products! When I get home I realize that I had purchased double of the same items I went into the store to see if I could exchange that item for something else they denied the service! They refuse to exchange or to help me in the situation that I had already spent $200 they didn’t care they wouldn’t exchange it I didn’t even want a refund I wanted to exchange. there so rude and they have very bad attitude.. This place is a scam they rob you scissors and other items when you leave it with them. When you go to sharpening them they don't give receipt, they tell you they know you lol. They receive it but when is time to pick them up they say they don't have it and to come next day and just keep give you excuses worst than the first until you realize they have stolen from you.
