Pizza cubana Asere Batidos — Restaurant in Hialeah

I placed an order online through the website. The website did not let me add pineapple. So I put it on the comments. When I called to confirm the order and make sure they saw the note to add the pineapple. They said they didn't have the order. That they only took phone, Uber Eats and Door Dash orders. That orders couldn't be placed on the website.

The girl on the phone put some one else on who found the order on Slice. I drive all the way over there for them to tell me they did not have the shakes we wanted. So I asked to get them remove from the order they said no. Once they accept the order they can't change it. So I asked why did they accept. it. She said cause when people get here we make them get something else. This is messed up. In addition to that the pizza was made but the shakes weren't because they were waiting for the bait and switch.

So at the end I got a COLD Pizza with two shakes I did not ask for or want. The blonde girl was rude as hell. Pizza and Shakes weren't all that. I really don't recommend this place AT ALL!!!!!

Food was ok, Customer Service and Business...

It’s edible but they don’t cut your pie so not a great spot to go to for lunch. Pizza is not crispy on the bottom, it’s kinda greasy but that may just be how it’s served. The price is super cheap I was shocked by how cheap it was. 6.50 for a personal pie is not bad but the quality is matching the price. I had to take bites from the edge cause it’s not cut so excuse the photo.

Oh and the manager was complaining that the is making him redo his pizzeria cause it’s not up to code… complaining to customers about that is wild. Not sure if it’s a health hazard complaint but he mentioned plumbing needs...

I usually buy my pizzas, spaghetti & more here but last time the lady didn't like the tip that she was receiving no only from me but from other buyers. Let me explain this, if going to pick up a product & this product is paid...why should anybody pay tips when there isn't a service provided. We don't even seat so there is not a service to even bother by nobody. People are making a big & massive mistake regarding &...
