Nebraska Communities Playhouse — Attraction in Hickman

This is a nice place with good seating and great sound. A nice little concession stand as well. It has many choices to eat and drink. Popcorn, candy, and couterie plates a woman in front of me said was "cute". I saw "Oklahoma!". One actor came to the stage from the back, through the audience. That was neat. And at intermission 2 across stayed in character while selling real raffle tickets. That was also fun. I sat I'm the second row B8 and it was wonderful! We saw Young Frankenstein there Sept. 15th. It is an excellent production with great singing, dancing, and fun mayhem. The standing ovation the players received was well deserved. The playhouse is new, lovely, and the seats are extremely comfortable. Beer and a special themed cocktail along with soft drinks and nibbles are available for sale. This is a perfect venue for all kinds of productions. We will definately return...

About an hour south of Omaha, is a delightful, practically new theater complete with a lounge bar, concession stand, street parking and wonderful musicals and shows. We saw Mohana, Jr. with a bright and pretty voiced cast. The lead was amazing and just a middle schooler. Wow! Plus the supporting cast performed above their ages like pros. Worth...
