I cannot rave about Refined Bridal enough. Jess turned a very awful situation into a great experience. I was one of the many brides affected by Tip Top Tux closing last week. I already paid for a dress and was a week away from getting said dress when the news of the closures hit. It was stressful to learn I didn't have a dress 73 days before my wedding. I called a few bridal shops, but most of their dresses had to be shipped in, and it would be months past my wedding before I'd receive them. Blush Bridal referred me to their sister store, Refined Bridal. All RB dresses are available to purchase and take home the day of your appointment. I was skeptical I'd find another dress I liked as much as the one I already purchased. I emailed Jess to show her what I had picked. Jess contacted Allure (my original dress designer) and stores across the country to see if she could get that same dress shipped to her store. Unfortunately, that route was unsuccessful. Jess explored Blush Bridal and found dresses that looked similar to the one I had already chosen. Additionally, I was able to pick out dresses from RB. There were so many options available and in so many sizes. With Jess's keen eye and my exploration, I found 12 dresses I liked enough to try on. I went from being completely stressed out and cynical to being hopeful. I spent a lot of time trying on dresses and choosing what I liked or didn't like about each of them. I ended up trying on 8 dresses, and a few of them I tried on multiple times. Jess was very attentive to all my needs and wants for the dress I invisioned. I was never rushed, which stood out to the other two places I'd tried dress at and who rushed me through my appointment. Jess was beyond patient and extremely helpful. I found my dress at Refined Bridal after a 2.5 hour appointment. Jess even talked me into a veil and helped facilitate my purchase of the veil I wanted from Blush Bridal. I wouldn't have dreamed of a better experience than the one I had at Refined Bridal with Jess. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at Refined Bridal! What started as a casual trip to "scout" styles turned into a magical moment when I found "the one." From the moment I walked in, it felt like an exclusive boutique experience. It was just me, my mom, and Jess in the store for the entire appointment. Jess was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my vision, talk through my options, and expertly curated a selection of dresses that perfectly matched my style. As a plus-size bride, I truly appreciated that they offered dresses in every size. It was so refreshing to try on dresses that actually fit me. For anyone who has been plus size, you know the discomfort and anxiety a fitting room can bring... there was none of that here! I also appreciated the flexibility of working out a payment plan. Since I hadn't planned to buy a dress at my first (and only!) appointment, it was such a relief to have that option. When we returned a few months later to pick up the dress, Jess went above and beyond by helping me with a styling appointment. She offered fantastic ideas for accessories and how to style the dress, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. My mother found Refined Bridal online, so I decided to give them a call. I told Jess that I was eloping in less than a month so I wanted to find a “casual” wedding dress for the occasion and sent her my inspiration photos. I was worried since I hadn’t had luck anywhere else, and knowing that I would have to buy something in such a short amount of time and wouldn’t be able to special order anything, but she assured me that she thought it would be worth the visit to see her dresses.

The shop is super clean and trendy. The dress selection is pristine. Gorgeous gowns ranging in styles from glamorous to simple. The selection of bridal jewelry is beautiful as ever. All for the best prices I’ve seen since I started my search!

Jess was amazing! She actually listened to my wants and wasn’t solely trying to just “sell me a dress”. I felt zero pressure from her to buy, and you can tell that it was important to her to find me one that captured what I envisioned my dress to be, and she brought out just that. Shortly after, I “said yes to the dress”!

Refined Bridal will be my recommendation to anyone I know with a wedding in the future.
