The manager at Lotus Pond is rude and impatient. She wants to do all of the talking and not listening to her customers. I purchased a gift certificate and every time I tried to use it she raises the service fee. Very clean rooms at the ambiance between the lighting and the music made it very relaxing before the massage even started. I got a 90 minute massage from Amy and she clearly knew what she was doing.
