Once you get in the parking lot, it's not obvious where the enterance is unless you're facing the correct direction. Make sure you know where it is before you get out of your car or you'll end up with the boats. Lol. There is an EV charger by the enterance but ai didn't use it.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The gokart track is a descent length and you're allowed 3-4 laps. I felt this was a good number of times before it gets boring.

The zip line was not open. Something about not renewing their certification?

My 10y had a blast and went on the green and blue rope-obstacle courses (4 times total) on her own in two hours. However, my 6y which is the more dare devil of my two kids, was terrified, but that is besides the point because let's face it at 6y you're allowed to be scared about things like this.

The reason I left a 4 and not 5 star is because even though the minimum age requirement is 5 years old on the green ropes course (so called easiest one) it was physically challenging for my 6y on top of the fear factor. The platforms were difficult to get on and off of for him because he is so short, 48 inches. It required a parent to get him up and down on either side of the obstacle (only one person on an obstacle allowed at a time). The gaps between the boards required him to almost do a split to get across or jump (which is unsafe). An easy fix to these issues could have been an extra step on both sides of the platforms and smaller gaps. Had these things been implemented my son may have been more confident and we would all have had a blast.

I also banged up my knee while riding on one of the swings (on the easy green course). The way you sit on the swing makes it so that the platform was the height of your knees on the other side. The only platform that was that height on the two green courses I went on. They had bandaid, but it sounded like this happens often.

I do not recommend the obstacle ropes course for children...

The guides and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful..the experience would have been perfect except for one guy who ruined my experience. He apparently was an "expert" and he kept doing things that caused our guides to have to tell him to stop doing what he was doing-messed with his safety harness straps, leaning back at the edge of the platform, intentionally kicking and making the platform move when he would take his turn on the zip line and while walking across the bridge, made it sway and undulate...on more than one occasion, his behavior was distracting to the guides as others were zip lining..as someone who dislikes heights and was trying to experience something new..his behavior made me so uncomfortable, I only did half of the ziplines..

Review edit/update: to the owner..thank you..we were on vacation from Washington state..your guides were awesome..they did everything they could to handle the guy (who claimed to be an expert) who would not follow their instructions as well as their repeated reminders to not touch the straps on his harness (he kept lengthening them), putting his hands where he was not supposed to, etc.. My fiance' said he continued to be a distraction thru out the whole experience (after I...

We took my 19 yr old nephew and my husband and him had a pretty good time, but not too terribly exciting. One of the lines was about 75 ft up and got the adrenaline going, but the rest were just fun. The prep and safety concerns were a bit over the top, but we understand how things go and they have to do it. If I had one suggestion, it would be that they need to tell people BEFORE they buy tickets when one of the lines is out of order and shut down. For us, it happened to be the last one, which looked to be the longest one was well and appeared to be same or similar height as the first 75 footer. We found out when they reached the end that they weren't going up to do the last one. They claim it'll be back up soon and they're making adjustments and it will be even better than it is now, which is all GREAT, but, they still should tell people before they buy non-refundable tickets that one of the 2 most fun lines is out of order. We live here and could have easily come back at some other time, had we had the chance. At the very least, give us a percentage off for the next one... Lesson learned. Point forward, we will ask more questions before paying...

Zip lining and Arial adventure were the highlights of our vacation. Diana and Alissa (hope I spelt the names correct) were welcoming and so professional on the first day we had to go back the following day for Arial adventure.By the way thanks JC for recommending Frankie Bones, delicious meal with great service. Tell the young lady in the ticket office (second day) to smile because she spoiled my fun (well for a few minutes). Great job guys thanks for making my birthday and vacation worth while

I went here yesterday. Cool staff. Super welcoming. Sooo much fun. I def want to go back. The instructors I had were wicked nice. I even learned some fun facs on the way: GA state tree is the Southern Live Oak, (Quercus Virginiana), interestingly enough oysters are the biggest murderers of them all, and how the sound "Baa-dum-tss" derived from a sheep, drum, and snake falling off a cliff. I would most def recommend this place and I will be going back. See you soon Ziplining-H.H. !
