Great place to spend part of your day. Grab a coffee or a meal and enjoy charming early American history. Walk the bridge, visit the train depot and check out downtown, enjoy! I had 3 bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming. Parking is free and easy for any size rig or RV.

We stayed in Hinton but outside of town, we walked the historic district which had some interesting places to look at, and found something I haven't seen in years...a pay phone! Whether it worked or not I don't know but it looked like it did.

Enjoyed a recent visit (August 2023) to Hinton's historic downtown district. Met the nicest, most welcoming people throughout the town! The quilting shop was especially enjoyable, as was an antique store (yes, I have a "new" Pyrex bowl! ha), the train museum and the Market on Courthouse Square (best pizza, ever!).
