Rustic Hollow Cabin — Attraction in Hochatown

Honestly, was not as good as expected. The cabin itself was pretty and in a good location. We have gone to the area every year for the past 6 years to various cabins and this had the least amenities. No basic items such as kleenex, salt, pepper or aluminum foil or cling wrap which I have had in every other cabin we've been to. That I could deal with as we went to the store to pick up what I needed. The bigger issue was the stairs leading to the hot tub was a major trip hazard. On top of that the lights to the hot tub did not work. The hot tub smelled of mildew when the jets turned on. We also discovered the grill was completely rotted out. The cleanliness of the cabin was a bit lacking.. lots of dust and cobwebs in the corners and sink was a bit nasty around the plug.. Based on the cost per night I would think things would have been kept up a little better. See...

This cabin was Magnificent! Especially with 6 people and everyone having a place to sleep. The best part about it was the comfy beds and the showers. Felt like a prince for the weekend staying there! I pretty much stayed in the bed all day playing fifa lol! I only have one minor issue and that is the picture that was next to my bed. It reminded me of the owl from the fourth kind! But seriously this is the best cabin I have been too and if I had a chance to rate it higher than a 4 star I would give...

My husband and I have been coming out here for quick weekend getaways for several years. One of our favorite things about coming is getting to try out new cabins. This is our favorite so far for either 2-4 people. Very private being tucked down off the road with an absolutely beautiful patio and stunning floor to ceiling windows to feel like you are outside when in. The 2 bedrooms are identical with king beds and great bathrooms. You won't be disappointed...
