This little gem is right down the road from the National Historical birthplace. The museum was really nicely put together and offered an in-depth deep dive in about a 2 hour time walkthrough should you be willing to read each exhibit. The paintings were really nice and the penny log cabin was really cool. For a small cost of $7 per person it was money well spent and it was only a short 45 minute drive for us from home. The building was two stories and offered a historical chronological walk through of Lincolns life. Being in healthcare I also enjoyed the Nurse uniforms.    Read moreGreat stop. Nice information about the bridge and area geography. Clean restrooms, well done and attractive. Short walk (200 - 300 yards) to an overlook where you can see the bridge. Plenty of parking (compare to Mammoth Cave, another great stop, needs more despite have Walmart worth spaces). Since this isn't a long stop, you want easy parking, and this has it.
