Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Hodgenville

Waited 90 minutes for pizza, called after 1 hour to check status and was told it was ready and getting ready to leave store. ( We live 2 miles away) after 30 minutes we called back because it had not been delivered. We were them told that it had not left yet and was waiting for another pizza to deliver and that the deliveries had to be paired up with another order. 20 minutes later it showed up cold and returned it. Called the store and said they would refund and sorry. It took 10 minutes for this conversation because the on duty manager couldn’t take the time to listen to our issue and didn’t really seem to care. Not only was my delivery 36 minutes later than what they said as I sit in the parking lot waited on it but the pizza wasn't of the best quality the delivery guy was nice but the people in the store I spoke to on the phone didn't seem to know anything about customer service two of the pieces the toppings had slid off onto the other ones where they tilted it while it was hot so I did I thought I would give them another shot since last summer when I got a pizza it had a fly on it when I took it back in and the fly was baked in the cheese they said yeah it happens and handed me another Pizza it didn't...

I am a loyal Papa John's customer. Tonight I ordered 3 large pizzas and a cheese stick. Online it said my order was ready , I live 30 mins away. When I show up to receive my order, it wasn't ready. He told me just a few more mins and it'll be done. Then after 15 mins he says oh they forgot the Supreme. It'll be 15 more minutes. I patiently wait as the young man apologizes.
