Solurge Dispensary — Attraction in Holyoke

When they first opened they were the best dispensary around. I actually stopped grabbing off the streets and started grabbing from dispensaries because of them. Then 6plus months after opening everything went downhill and I was forced to jump ship and go to another one of the 50 dispensaries in town. However solurge ended up making a comeback when they got rid of cosmic owl and started selling their own solurge grown bud. The bud was fire and they were 10 bucks an 8th! So I happily went back to grabbing from them and only them. And well wouldn't you know, it lasted all but 3 weeks until they decide to try saying the same exact bud I was paying 10 bucks for was all of a sudden premium and was now charging 15 an 8th. Leaving maybe 2 8ths in the entire place at 10 bucks. After the roller coaster ride they've been putting me thru and still trying to charge 15 for the same bud that was only 10 bucks a month ago I will be bringing my business else where. At this point even if they drop their prices again I'm left to believe itll only be for a week or 2 until they win their customers back and then jack up their prices once again. Seeing as there are 50 plus dispensaries around that have fire bud for cheaper its a no brainer. They lost my business for good. Hopefully yall have had better experiences but from a day one custy , they weren't loyal so neither...

Update!!!!! 4 days later and i have been back 3xs!!!! When I say I love this place i really do not go anywhere else!!! Let me also say everyone else is so friendly and helpful!!! I adore them!!! Nothing but jokes and laughs! There is always that ONE she just happens to be her!!! But I was made aware that the issue was immediately attended to!!! Again I can't praise them enough....

I am definitely a regular at this point!!!!!! Never had any issues getting my orders.... until this morning... I ordered online per my usual. I got the text stating my order was picked and ready so I headed that way when I arrived (I always joke with the emlloyees) when I walked in I approached the woman behind the counter (she had pericings and if I remember correctly blue hair) I told her I ordered online, gave my ID and explained to her that because used my Google to log in it may be under my maiden name. First she says there is nothing. Then I looked on her screen and saw my name so I showed her. She already had a nasty disposition about herself I made it clear with a smile on my face mind you. She was SO NASTY her attitude was horrible. Now as a person who has done retail for 15+ years I know customers can be rude but if I'm smiling you should be as well. I will be returning but I will wait on the next available person I refuse to see...

The best value in western mass hands down. I have been a regular customer coming here consistently since the first week they opened. Customer service is awesome, they know my name and know what I like, and sometimes I don't even have to ask. Friendly and knowledgeable and always have good recommendations. It feels like I'm going to my favorite bar with the best bartenders. 8ths start as low as $10 and they just had a Halloween sales of $50 ounces. $5 grams prerolls and infused flavorful prerolls called Fire Styx, my favorite is their berry flavor because it tastes just like berries. I have been to 7 different dispensaries in Holyoke and I haven't gone to no other store since this opened. They have gained my trust and respect. Just be friendly and please don't litter or park on the Hazen Paper...
