The food is moderately good here. The staff is rude though, husband and I ordered through the Slice App, which said delivery was available to our address. They delivered once and never said anything, so we ordered again because it was good. At that time, we received a phone call from a snippy woman who said they would "deliver this once but not again since we were out of their range," so I told her she was listed as a delivery option to our location on the app, just so she could go change her settings and prevent others from calling that were also too far. She replied she knows and repeated herself. When the driver got there, he was a complete jerk to my husband and complained about how far it was for him. We would never have ordered and made the driver come out that far if they weren't able to do so, all we had to go on was the fact that they were available for delivery and had delivered to us before without complaint. We ordered this 2nd time because we are new to the area and liked it, and wanted to support local businesses during this tough time. I have to take a moment to express just how good the members of the Holyoke Pizza team are !!! I was told about their Pizza by a friend and even went so far as to compare their Pizza with what was my previous favorite! The first round was a draw, but Holyoke pizza pulled away through the pandemic to the present!! Tonight I called and was surprised to get through so quickly and when I got to the shop which is two towns away. I was greeted by two super pleasant employees, a man and woman who were just as surprised as I was as to how fasting I got through! They were going full out on a super bowl Sunday with like 16 people working! Gotta say I was worried that experiences I had would suffer because of the pressure and volume of orders. I recently visited Holyoke Pizza and I can confidently say it was one of the best pizza experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the delicious aroma of freshly baked pizza filling the air.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Now, onto the food—absolutely incredible! The pizza had the perfect balance of crispy, golden crust, rich and flavorful sauce, and high-quality toppings. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and you could tell they use only the freshest ingredients.

Beyond the pizza, their garlic knots and homemade dipping sauces were to die for! And to top it off, the dessert options were just as amazing—definitely save room for their tiramisu or cannoli.
