Clubhouse — Restaurant in Holyoke

Atmosphere was excellent however the bartenders are super rude and cocky, I ordered rum and cokes and she gave me coke soda on ice and when I brought it to her attention she went full blown crazy! The owner walked over and tasted the drink and said "there's alcohol in there" I said it's only soda I taste but ok, the bartender then pours alcohol straight in the cups in front of both myself and owner keep in mind doesn't even change cups, straw the own just drank out of ( cross contamination) and hands them back to me. I took the drinks anyway but didn't drink mine by fear of getting sick. I then let the owner know how rude she was through the whole process which he completely blows off!. I didn't go back to the bar after that again. Just nasty bartender! Shes owners girlfriend! Dismissive owner. Almost ruined my night. Very unprofessional! Proper thing to do was remake drinks! Will never go...

Did not like it all the only reason I would go back is for the cute Spanish girl bartender. I went with 2 friends they did not like it either, to many people hanging around the pool table ,people that wanted play had to go around them because the where in way also the music suck to much reggeton. This place was great. Stopped in with some of my nursing school classmates after an exam to destress and the owner was there and celebrated with us which was unexpected and made our day!!! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a chill place...
