I visited the winery as an aspiring wine lover for the first time. I paid for the winery tour and wine tasting and then ate at the brewery. This was a okay experience as a first time visitor. The bungalows are clean and there's limited areas of seating. The winery, restaurant and brewery were filled with family and friends out to enjoy good weather, I didn't see any social distancing and plenty of people walking around without masks unbothered. There are two medium sized ponds to feed fish with purchased pellets. My tour guide JD was informative, and easy to follow as he guided my large group through the winery machinery rooms. He did seem a bit intimidated maybe because of the group's size.

The entire property (not including the wine fields) is pretty small. Because there was so much people attending February 28, 2021 Sunday afternoon there wasn't a second of relaxation and peace I was hoping for. I was late to my 12pm tour and called to have it switched to 1pm. Tatiana was very helpful with assistance both over the phone and once I had arrived. The biggest set back was that their weren't any instructions as to where the tour meetup spot was suppose to be, which caused me anxiety because my head had to be on a constant swivel to see if there were any meetings taking part around me. During the tasting I was pretty much isolated from everyone else because of the seating area JD placed me. The table was uneven so I had to get my waiter to even the table.

The wine tasting had 5 selections of my choice and a menu that gave descriptions of the wine. Food (cheese and meat) was an additional price. The regular prices for the wines are expensive. The tour guide keep bringing up the avocado wine but once I was drinking the wine, I wasn't impressed at all. This wine was bland, had a musty smell and my least favorite wine out of the 5 selections. We were all gifted the souvenir wine glass we drunk out of. My favorite wines were the Cocovino, Boo Boo Reserve and the Lychee Dolce.

In addition, I wanted to buy an appetizer at the outdoor restaurant and was told the kitchen would be busy with a bridal event. The patrons didn't have reservation of the entire restaurant, just the tables they were sitting at. Other visitors at the different table was sitting down eating and even some were ordering food, showing they were just seated before me. I told her she could have me at a table in the back since it was small and I was the only person in line. She told me to come back in 30 minutes and she'll seat me if more people doesn't show up. There were at least six tables far away from the bridal party that was vacant. She said the seat is for two people but if two people doesn't come she'll sit me. Which doesn't make sense. Is seating available for only reservations/bridal party or is the seats your holding vacant only available for two people visitors? She suggested I go to the brewery which is all the way to the back of the property. There was a bar she could have sat me that only had a couple seated there.

The brewery was loud with music played by the dj and people's chatter, there is an opened hectic game area, and the bartenders were busy with the bar drinkers not paying attention to the people seating at the lunch tables. I had to squeeze between patrons just to get their attention to order my food. The scantron menu wasn't appearing on my phone. I looked on the menu they had laying on the floor and it didn't have all of the menu items. I ordered fireballs (two mac n cheese ball) and fries costed fourteen dollars an change!!!!! It took thirty minutes to receive my order. I have to think really hard if I am ever going back. It's in Kendall and not worth the hassle if you have to travel...

Ok, first let me say, this review is coming from the most loving place in my heart. Our tour guide Geraldine was an absolute sweetheart and very knowledgeable, the grounds were BEAUTIFUL, but this place was not what I was expecting at all ☹️ I’m from Michigan and when I Google wineries in Miami this is the first one that pops up. Two years ago I booked a package but had to cancel because our trip got cancelled, totally fine. So this go round it’s my birthday AND my 10 year wedding anniversary and I’m like I HAVE to re-book this wine tour again. I wanna see this place! So I went online and purchased the anniversary package which is advertised as two complimentary glasses of sparkling wine, a private tour guided walk through the winery, a charcuterie board, and a bottle of sparkling wine. Ok, great! But I noticed they never charged me, just sent me the tickets. Ok, no biggie. We’ll sort it out when we get there. Anyway, we were greeted by Geraldine who like I said was an absolute sweetheart and very knowledgeable but when I think winery tour(like I said I’m from Michigan) I think walking through a vineyard looking at different grapes, sitting down going through wine and cheese pairings, then looking at bottle selections etc etc and this is where my expectations fell flat because this is more so a tour of machines. We were taken to see where the fruit gets chopped/peeled and put into one machine, then we saw where they held the wines in these steel vats in a cold room, then to where they bottle and cap it, then to a room with some barrels in it, and finally through the door to Miami Brewing Co to taste some hard cider and that was it😢 then at the end everything was charged a la carte instead of in a package as promised, which I’m kind of glad because the price on the website was $170-184 depending on which bottle you picked and unfortunately the experience we had was not worth that price. Then it was on to the tasting part, which I’m thinking would be done in a more intimate setting because this is what I booked but no, we were told someone would be with us shortly and that resulted in us standing at the side of the bar for almost 10 minutes while the bartenders were slammed with other guests. One avoided us when the server told him we needed to be assisted but Matthew came in and was wonderful and took care of us. Only downside to that is, he was also slammed and it took us about an hour to get through 5 one oz wine tastings and a charcuterie board (which we had to ask for because they just didn’t seem to know either that they had an anniversary package or just didn’t know what it consisted of but it’s like they just weren’t aware of what our order/reservation was) Matthew sincerely apologized and we appreciated it because hey, what could we do but man I really wish my experience was different. We drove all the way from Fort Lauderdale(almost an hour and a half with traffic) to see this place and it just wasn’t what we expected. If you all are open to suggestions, can I just say if someone books a tour, especially an anniversary one, could you have someone that stays with them until it’s done? Maybe even have some seating set aside for them and make your bartenders/staff aware as to what they’re there for? Also if it’s ever in the budget, wood for the charcuterie boards? Because it was VERY tasty. Idk, I think it would kind of help with the aesthetic of your beautiful grounds and add to its authenticity as well. Ok I’ve already written a book but thanks for listening. Thank you to the hospitable staff that did assist or speak and that was Geraldine, Matthew,...

5 stars for brewery and 3 for the winery!!

I have mixed reviews (not horrible) , we arrived and started with the brewery for tasting and we met a wonderful young lady back there and she was very knowledgeable and described all the hints we would taste to the point we enjoyed so much she talked us into purchasing a jug of their brew to bring home. We proceeded to the winery and was told about 15-20 min wait which was no big deal at all as they weren’t doing outside seating we were told due to a wedding (completely understand) we asked if it was ok to wait out there until they were ready for us and was told absolutely. 10 minutes go by and we were greeted by a young lady who brought us the wine list and a paper to mark what we wanted to choose. Mind you we had already been told they weren’t doing outside seating and she ended up telling us. It’s OK I’ll get you taken care of, she did not explain any of the wines to us and just walked away and came back about 15 minutes later. We chose our wines and ordered a charcuterie board and with our first glass of wine she told us what the name of it was and poured us our glass and we sat there and we sipped and waited for our next glass. It had taken longer than I expected and she arrived with our second glass and told my fiancé I’m gonna time and see how long it’s going to take her for the next one and it took her 14 minutes. It was taking between 12 to 14 minutes between the small tastings and never explained any thing about the wine to us we just kinda had to wing it and just see if we liked it. I did speak with a manager and explain to him, I don’t wanna get her in any kind of trouble. I’m not here to have her lose her job. Just maybe speak with her and let her know not to have customers waiting so long between tastings and so maybe give a little bit of a description of that hint of notes we will taste as we’re trying this wine. Manager was super friendly, so let me take care of you guys again when you come back, we don’t live close but would still like to give the place a try again in hopes with a better experience it is a very beautiful venue. We absolutely loved the brewery and the brewery part definitely want us over. As I said, I’m definitely willing to give the place another chance and not let it ruin it forever because maybe someone was having a bad day, or maybe she was flustered, maybe she’s new to the world of waitress/bartender, I worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years and I know how rough it can be so I truly try and have lots of patience because I don’t know what’s going on. When I go back I hope to do a second review or update this one with a positive note on the winery side but on a positive note the wine...

When I go back I hope to do a second review or update this one with a positive note on the winery side but on a positive note the wine flavors was great!
