Five Star Transportation — Attraction in Honolulu

If I could rate this company with a “zero star rating” I would. After waiting for about two weeks for my delivery, I was also given an 8 hour window, 9am – 5pm. Most companies, delivery, plumbers, etc. usually give you a 4 hour window. Because of this lengthy delivery time I had to take the day off from work. At 4:15 I had not received a call regarding my delivery. I call Five Star Transfer who then called their diver and was told that my delivery would not take place till 5:30. Though they were apologetic and willing to reschedule me, after waiting the whole day I was not going to reschedule and have to take another day off. I have used this service on Kauai twice now and they are TOP NOTCH. Both situations were last minute and they made it happen. One was a super small job they were willing to take on (appreciated). The second job was big (loading at 20' container). They were able to pick up the Matson container for me, load it in a few hours, and take it back to Matson. They handled all the details. I had a 500 lb piece of equipment that needed to be carried down a flight of stairs and their team handled it with ease. They are professional, on time, and reliable.
