Located off Sand Island Access Road, ordered take out for work lunch, called in order and was almost ready by the time i arrived. Seen the ig posts and the food was exactly as pictured🤙

Ordered the Pork Mozzarella Cheese Cutlet with Chorizo Gravy and it was exactly what it should be... Crunchy Katsu with the cheezy pull. Only wish there was more sauce for the bottom cutlet... Seemed a bit dry when i got to the second layer since there was no sauce. The sweetbread roll seemed like a filler too... Wished it was a mac or potato salad like other places😥...

It was in my route so I stopped by to buy a lunch plate and ended up buying breakfast special for $8.50, which had 3 eggs & 2 bacon & 2 sausage & 2 slices of ham with rice. Wow, it was a lot. I think it must have weighed way over one pound. It was a lot and cooked just perfect. Yes, they do say they prepare the meals from scratch so I had to wait while they cook it, unlike a fast food joints where they precook many items. It was worth it as the meal tasted very good. The fried noodles are too sweet. I didn’t expect that. The CharSiu Pork fried noodles would be better if the noodles were NOT sweetened. The noodles tasted like they were fried in a sweetener or sugar was added. I think the noodles should be a contrast to the already sweetened pork garnished on top. Sweet noodles with the sweet pork was just more like a dessert flavor and too sugary for me, and so I did...
