Oahu Pool & Spa — Attraction in Honolulu

These guys are awesome and know their stuff! After calling / texting / messaging multiple pool companies through one of the online listing sites and getting little to no response, the guys at Oahu Pool and Spa were great to work with, responsive, knowledgeable and were able to fix our jacuzzi spa! This is something we've been wanting to do for about three years and finally pulled the trigger on it.

They assessed it, ordered the parts needed for the 10+ year old system, replaced the rusted out heater, redid some of the plumbing that was not done correctly to begin with, and had us up and running with HOT water. They even came back to help us troubleshoot an issue that had something to do with improper wiring by the guy we bought our house from and thankfully were able to bypass that as it was an unneeded part of the system that was used in the past when the pool was setup to be salt water.

The owner is extremely unhelpful to the point of rudeness, as is the other sales person I have dealt with here. Clearly pool servicing is the main business and they do not care at all about private customers buying low cost items. I bought a pool light bulb that burned out in 5 weeks - the previous one, also bought from these folks at their previous location, lasted 5 years. Obviously the new one was faulty. The owner flatly refused to replace it or reimburse me. Even when I bought it in the first place he clearly was not really interested in helpful customer service. Do not go here . If I could give them zero...

Very knowledgeable, able to get any pool and jacuzzi supplies I need. Repair service gets the job done right the first time. Took one star off only due to follow up and returning calls is not perfect. So they way I look at it they are not super fast with returning calls, they make up for it with great pricing...
