A great place to watch the sunrise. There are a lot of humps and bumps to get in there so be careful in cars. I was on a motorcycle but there was plenty of room to pull off before the rough terrain. Definitely should be listed as one of the top spots to watch the sunrise

Rocky "parking lot." If you have a low clearance vehicle, do not pak in the driveway or reverse onto the highway (for obvious safety reasons). You can access this area with small compact cars like Honda civics, Toyota corolla/prius without issue of you drive cautiously.
