Family Farm & Home — Attraction in Hopewell Township

Horrible experience. Did an online pickup. Got an email to come pickup and drove over an hour. When I arrived, they had given the order to someone else. The email says give them the pickup email and id. Clearly no one bothered to check. The guy working who gave my order away actually shrugged and said "well she signed up for it". Yea, I trust you with my credit card info. I was given the option to wait for the other person to come back or we could call corporate for a refund. No offer to ship, no discount, literally nothing to try and make me a customer. I understand that store employees are limited in their ability to make things right, but you think corporate would have tried. At least they refunded my money. 1st and last time I'll do business with them.

Update 10-20 The local store manager reached out to me personally to resolve the issue. They got ahold of these from a different store and we worked out a reasonable adjustment to make it right. I'm incredibly satisfied with the...

First and last time I'll shop here. Couldn't find anything that I needed. Had to travel around the store to finally find the chicken feed. 50 lbs of chicken food was in one aisle, but I was looking for 40 lbs. It wasn't with the 50 lb bags.
