Jardines Arco Iris — Attraction in Horizon City

Please don’t get married here, You have to be careful with yolanda, when we had talked at the beginning she had said things were included and then once the contract was signed she changed things and said they weren’t. We booked because it was the most affordable outdoor wedding venue we could find but they charge you for even breathing the same air and came up to a lot more than it was originally. I wanted a simple wedding and i felt judged every time we went to discuss decor and felt like she was planning it or mad that i wouldn’t get other things. I had picked the manteles and the day of the wedding they were not what i asked and said that i had asked for those even though i had never seen them before. I payed for the tablecloths i had chosen and it wasn’t what i asked for so i asked for my money back and she did not want to do that and never replied to my texts or calls. I left the centerpieces there to pick them up the following day and she swears they weren’t there. The wedding planner didn’t show up for our practice the day before and all yolanda said was to basically figure it out. She didn’t go outside to help or anything. I hated it, it was such a stressful experience because of the management and i will never have an event there again and I’ll make sure to tell all my family members and friends to never have one here either....

To begin with I had my wedding at the Jardines 4 years ago. It was a beautiful wedding thanks to a wedding planner they had at the time, Ms. Jessica! She was amazing! The atmosphere is perfect on a nice summer night. All my decorations were just like I wanted them all thanks to Jessica. Jessica also let me share my ideas and how I wanted the event to run and she did exactly what I wanted. From the Dj to the fireworks everything went very well. Then a guest accidentally took a center piece that the guest were not suppose to take, which was fine because our deposit clearly covered that. Well Mrs. Yolanda who is the owner of the venue threatened to send me another bill for the centerpiece and tried to say another piece was missing which then turned up so that was a lie. Had Mrs. Yolanda stayed away from the event it would have been a perfect experience and my rating would be higher! The venue is wonderful and fairly priced but dealing with the owners is a nightmare! Mrs. Yolanda is not a good wedding planner so i'm so thankful that at the time they had Ms. Jessica who was just the sweetest person ever! Again great place but be very careful...

AMAZING!! ❤️ The venue and food was wonderful.. my guest loved it..!!. (Of course their are always a few who are always looking for the worst in things but that don't matter - I was the one planning the event) the service was great!! Our family and friends were free to enjoy themselves rather than help serve and attend to other guests. .. My daughters wedding was so elegant and magical 🥰 They had amazing lighting and an amazing set up. Yolanda and her team added special touches at the end, at no extra charge... They helped me throughout the entire planning... Large events like a wedding don't always go smoothly but they were there to help me with any unexpected issues.. I would definitely have another event with them❤️ Thank you Yolanda...
