What an amazing find! My sister, my cousin and I ate dinner tonight at Los Pueblos - the best, most creative Mexican restaurant I have eaten at in years! Our host, Victor, generously took time describing dishes on and off the menu. With so much pride and so much charisma! He definitely knows authentic Mexican food from every angle. We started with - get ready - roasted cauliflower in a delicious sauce! On to frijoles charros - easily the best I've had. Then, large, family style dishes arrived - enchiladas, chilaquiles, flautas, and ceviche de pescado y shrimp. All dishes were superb! It was tough choosing our favorites. Mine was enchiladas, my sister loved the flautas, and my cousin settled on the ceviche. The presentation was lovely on beautiful platters. Service was friendly, exceptional. I cannot recommend this new restaurant highly enough! Oh, and don't leave before the tres leches...

I was driving from California to San Antonio and was looking for something to eat. I googled this place and saw the good reviews. I pulled up to the location and started having second thoughts. It's nestled between a motel and truck yard, and it's nothing fancy, but don't let this unassuming place keep you away. It's small inside, but bright and clean and nicely decorated with pictures of different locations of Mexico. I ordered the chillaquilles. In the meantime i had some chips and a very tasty salsa. They also served a small bowl of beans. All was delicious. The waitress was super nice. She came by several times to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything. Well, I polished off my plate and paid my reasonably priced bill and left. I'm glad I stayed and would recommend giving this place a try. ...

I think I found the best kept secret in El Paso! I am not even from El Paso, haha! I'm just lucky, I guess. My truck was in the shop for the weekend. I was referred to the Americana Inn. The same weekend that I stayed at the motel, the restaurant, Los Pueblos Restaurant, opened at the motel. It is right next door to the front office. I tried the door wondering if it was open, and it was. I am sure that it won't be a secret for long. It is a small, comfy Mexican restaurant with authentic, delicious Mexican food. I had breakfast and ordered eggs with machaca. It was so good. They also served me chips and salsa. I think I have a new favorite place. I will have to come back when...

This place just opened up a short walk from Flying J #728. The chips are made in house, well seasoned and the salsa is delicious. After 12PM they serve your meal with rice and frijoles, if you pick from (DE LA CASA) menu. We ordered the quesabirria and the ceviche de pescado. The ceviche is so fresh that the fish hasn't had a chance to cook in the acidity of the sauce. When the ceviche was mixed in, it took but a couple of seconds to marinade and surpassed my expectations. However, it is still well thought out and delectable. The quesabirria is crispy and pairs excellently with the consume provided. The portion sizes are VERY good. I will definitely return.

Cute little place!!! I had the caldo de res but it didn't have a lot of flavor to be honest. So I was disappointed. But my friends! They ordered flautas and they were all about those flautas!!!! The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY AND 🙏 WELCOMING. I Love that! The place was extremely clean! We sat where you can see the kitchen a little bit and let me tell you! that kitchen was CLEAN!!! I do recommend you try this place for sure. It's close to fuel stations for truckers so that's kool too. 😎 definable better to eat here a home made meal than fast food! Also, the horchata was DELICIOUS!
