Maria's Gourmet Kitchen — Attraction in Houston

Said it was sent, but it's been almost a week and it hasn't arrived. Now that I read all the other low reviews I can tell that I might not even receive it at all.

Update: I finally received it and was definitely disappointed... the box that had the meat in it was opened and dripping through the packaging.. The food wasn't cold, it was hot and smelled really bad..

Update to the update: I had let them know that I didn't want any other orders because my experience from last time. They proceeded to send me the same food which still went bad by the time it got to my house. That, or the food is so nasty it smells like it went bad. I've tried letting them know and they stopped replying to my emails. They really do not care about what people want and don't want! I BETTER NOT GET ANOTHER BOX...

Since these people can't get it through their heads that i don't want anymore of their orders; I'm having to leave another review under this account. In my previous account I mentioned that the orders arrived and smelled bad. The meat was already thawed, and that was for both orders. Ive tried letting them know that I dont want the orders anymore but they still sent the second one and they stopped replying to my emails.. It's disgusting, both their food and the customer...

I am writing this review in hopes that customer service will see it and contact us. We left a voicemail and have sent an email but have yet to hear back and its been a week.

The food arrived 3 days after the original delivery date because UPS had issues and had to hold it. When the food arrived the ice was melted and the food was warm. Since it was chicken we did not feel safe eating it.
