The Oasis at Golfcrest — Attraction in Houston

Staff doesn't care and are the rudest people. They're neglected the people they're supposed to be helping. Management is nothing but garbage that's needs tossing. They're not bathing the patients and leaving them in dirty clothing for weeks. Rooms don't have Air conditioner and temperature can get into the mid nineties. Staff communication skills are lacking in all phases. They're leaving the elderly isolated with out any stimulus. They're also good at being lair's. Many patients are being treated for infection being caused by the staffing not doing the jobs that's are needed. RUDEST PEOPLE! THEY'RE UNDER STAFFING THAT'S A BIGGEST PROBLEM! NEGLIGENCE IS A BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH NOT HAVING...

I have dropped off patients here a hand full of times. I work for an unnamed ambulance company and the nursing staff had us wait hours for anybody to accept patient care. I am only reviewing this because this nursing facility had an impact on my life. I did not know that a family member was staying here, if I did I would’ve told them to removed her and find a different place.. now currently she is in the hospital due to negligence and neglect. She has a UTI from catheters not being changed, and was not taken care off or changed when she was supposed to.. this facility is a danger to those who it serves.. if you are looking into this faculty. Don’t.. your family member is in bare minimum...

Oasis golf crest received no tags on it last state audit. Federal investigators left no tags. Oasis is a place where everyone loves caring for their patients. The administrative staff are excellent leaders. Oasis is a place where learning can take place. Their main focus is the patient. The house keeping staff are wonderful the facility is kept spotless.The patient acuity is high but the staff is very skilled and highly trained From leadership to nursing. The Physical Therapy and occupational and speech therapist are the best.Patients come in with tracheostomy and ventilation tube feedings and are able to be weaned off and eventually are discharged to home.
