Sauce Co. Shoppette — Local services in Houston

I have been supporting this business for a while and lately every time that I visit I find myself asking why do I still support. The food is inconsistent. Everything is fried in the same fryer. The fries are now fried fries because they usually have mushroom batter on them. I am a foodie and the last straw was me buying a $27 sandwich that barely had any mushrooms and the fries were covered in batter. If I'm paying $27 for a sandwich you all can at least provide a bag to take it to go. Everything is over $10 and you all can't provide a to-go bag even when purchasing more than 3 items. Drove an hour from the woodlands to try this place. They said serving started at 12, i was there at 11:50, they didn’t open the truck until 12:20. So I order, third in line, people in front of me get their food I’m thinking great I must be next! Well then I notice people that ordered after me start receiving their orders. I wait it out, 10 minutes go by. I go up and ask what’s going on, they look at me like they don’t know who I am, they search around, bend down and come up with “oops, your ticket fell on the ground”. I wish the food was as good as the service! (Low quality burger and fries: idk about any other food offered) Everyone was very nice but who wouldn't be while charging way too much for everything. I do not see it as a sustainable long term business strategy so I hope they lower their prices to hopefully grow/expand!
