Swingset Warehouse — Attraction in Howell Township

Everything was exceptional from the beginning. There were a bunch of different models to look (and play on) and you can tell it was quality material. Peter was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable helping us customize our playground set. He was able to schedule it for install within 4 days. He answered any and all questions we had, even after we left that day. Now onto John, who installed the playground set all by himself. Before he started building, he went over everything with us and even laid out a couple different options so we can envision what it would look like. John could not have been nicer and answered all the questions we had throughout the install. He even worked through lunch as it started to rain and he wanted it finished for us. He did a meticulous job making sure it was level and put together properly. One piece of the ladder step was cracked - John showed up the next day with a new piece and fixed it for us. Finally on the last day, we had a few more follow up questions and Shannon could not have been more helpful and understanding.

We went to Swing set warehouse on the recommendation of our neighbors and after having went to 3-4 places beforehand (including another Swingset store on Route 22 as well as a few Rainbows in NJ, were pleasantly surprised on the level of service and attention we received on site relative to the other venues we visited beforehand. We purchased both a large playground set as well as a trampoline and we could not be happier with the decision.

The selection available to see was broad from varying material types as well as different sizes. The grounds were well kept and didn't have mud everywhere unlike some of the other places we visited. The service from start to finish was beyond our expectations. We went one day on an early Sunday afternoon and were surprised to have Peter Glynos offer to come on site later that day on his way home to measure our backyard and provide valuable advice, which we really appreciated. A week later, they installed everything and followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy.

sue was super friendly, honest and insightful during our consultation. took the time to understand my kids and activity levels. counseled me into getting the right trampoline which was diff than the one i called to order. set clear expectations regarding delivery knowing full well my kids were itching to bounce w the the weather getting nice and being inside due to shelter in place. pete was very attentive re delivery and set a clear window. called to surprise me that he would be a day early and showed up during the window he committed. so much diff than cable!!!! nick and partner came to deliver. were done in an hour. no garbage or anything. gave me a great overview and made me feel incredibly confident w my purchase. between quality and service i am more than satisfied w value for money. highly recommend. and trust me, i am as cheap as they come and ran customer service in a prior life......
