If you decide to go to this place to get a vacuum repaired, please reconsider. I was an employee for Lloyd for a couple of months and he runs his whole business on the premise that his customers know nothing about their products. I honestly lost track of the amount of times the problem could have been solved with a part that cost 30 cents and Lloyd told me that I had to call the customer and tell them they needed a $130 full service. In every way possible this is a scam. The things you buy here are cheaper almost anywhere else, and though he seems like an honest/sincere person, it’s all a front for you to funnel needless money into his business. (Edit:) I would also like to point out that while employed at this business some of the customers were my friends/family, and I was told to essentially rob them. I also know other people who have worked for him and his whole business practice is sexist. I understand that you need to get your vacuum fixed/cleaned but I BEG you to go somewhere else where you won’t be all but robbed. DO NOT BRING YOUR MACHINE HERE! Just tries to sell you his commission vacuum brands! Owner states the vacuum can’t be fixed. NO MATTER WHAT. 3 different people with 3 different machines went in within 1 month and it was always the same.

He can’t fix the machine. He tries to charge you for a new battery, even tho he doesn’t replace it. Then says he cleaned and sanitized it so he needs to charge for that. But in the end can’t repair the vacuum. Then goes into sales mode dumping Rice Krispies and fake hair on the ground. With a story about how Dyson, Kenmore and shark brands all waste money on advertising and don’t work. Slides into how his brands are superior. Blah blah

I wasted 3 weeks. Didn’t get a repaired vacuum and wound up bringing it to a Dyson certified retailer and they took my broken machine and gave me FREE OF CHARGE a new upgraded version V11 plus i was able to keep my V8 that works with utility tools, for additional use.

Lloyd is a liar and sales con man. Don’t go Seek help elsewhere.

Very poor bussiness. The owner is a scam artist and only wants you to give him your vacuums and cleaners to sell so you have to buy one of his riccards. Please do not go to this business. We took our $300 carpet cleaner there for an easy cord replacement, he was super nice, talked about the navy with us because i am a vet and my wife is active. He said that samantha wasn’t there to give an estimate but they will call. Never receieved a phone call so i called him without the ticket number and he saod he couldn’t find our cleaner. Called two more times and still said couldn’t find it he will call back. I drove in after the last phone call to see what was up and he told me that he threw it away. This crooked old man took it in his power to “throw” away my carpet cleaner. Which probably means he sold it for parts because he is a con man and if you said no to his riccard run with your property. Do not leave it with him.
