I wish I could give this museum a glowing review. The staff was very welcoming and that's the best part of the place. Okay, so it's a free museum but it desperately needs some curating. The rooms are dark and dusty. We expected to see a restored Harvey Girls Restaurant display per the website information. The only displays pertaining to Harvey Girls are in the hot and dark upstairs. There is a small section downstairs to the left that was the baggage area which is now a little cafe. It has some authentic floor tiles and some furnishings from that period. He had many stories of relatives and friends who lived during that wonderful time. I will definitely return. Hugo has a wonderful, rich history. Must see and 5...

They have made a museum out of it of circuses (all the circuses used to be based in Hugo) on the bottom floor and The Harvey Girls rooms on The 2nd floor. The restaurant has reopened and that is nice, but it has potential to be...
