Lake Bloomington — Attraction in Illinois

I’ve lived here for 5 years and it’s a really nice lake. The people here are friendly and they make you feel like you’re in your own little community. It’s a great place to go boating, but since the lake is so small they have a lot of rules. Most people don’t follow them, but I’ve heard that you can’t swim off your boat or even go fast enough for tubing. Other than that it’s a great place to fish and 4th of July...

Smh. Watch for falling dead trees. And don't plan on staying long enough to use the Porta jons......seems people like to take their clothes off in them.
