Followed the incline lake road trail down to the lake. Was a very short, wide, and the road wasn’t too rocky or hard to walk along the entire time. Also, hardly any elevation gains and losses, I think just one slight hill. Considering I went expecting to see a lake, I was slightly disappointed to find that the lake was seemingly drained (there’s recent human work down there that looks like they removed land to allow water to flow down towards Lake Tahoe.) What was there though was a gorgeous meadow! It was lush green and had a couple of ponds still there. There’s also some little ponds nearby to check out. Went on a Thursday afternoon and there was not one other human on the trail the entire time, so it was peaceful just to listen to the buzzing of nature. Recommend for a quick...
